Colossal, which was recently ranked one of the “Top 100 blogs on the Internet” by Technorati, has been getting some high profile attention on Twitter lately.
Including a shout out by actor, singer, and director, beloved Dr. Doogie himself, Neil Patrick Harris.
Loving the blog thisiscolossal.comArtistic, smart, and inspiring. Thanks @heidiabra for informing me (she’s also an amazing artist, btw)

Fellow actor, Ashton Kutcher, seems to be a fan of Colossal as well. Recently Kutcher shared one of Colossal’s posts on an ongoing series of portraits by New York artist Kumi Yamashita.

Most recently, famed film critic, Roger Ebert, shared Colossal’s post about street artist ‘Bored’ who turned Chicago sidewalks into an alternative Monopoly game. A twitter share from the man who’s reviews won him a Pulitzer Prize, we’d say that’s pretty cool.

Colossal is a blog that explores the intersection of art, design, and craft. During any given week you can find about twenty posts on everything from photography, art, and architecture to drawing, animation and street art. Creator and editor Christopher Jobson is very selective in choosing what he shares on Colossal. His goal was to create a blog that was accessible to everyone, not just those directly involved with the arts. We’d say he is succeeding in that goal.
To our friends at Colossal, keep rocking the Twittersphere!
